Servicen, läget och de fina rummen. Det hade varit bättre om frukosten öppnade 06.00 istället för 06.30. Vi hann aldrig tyvärr äta frukost pga tidigt flyg, men vi hade hunnit om ni hade öppnat tidigare.
Aamupala, siisteys, tilojen valoisuus, ystävällinen henkilökunta, Ravintola/baari voisi olla viikonloppuna auki pidempään.
Det är något magiskt med ert hotell.. bor ca 8-10 nätter per år, våra barn besöker St Eriks ögonsjukhus, och det är alltid kika mysigt att komma till er, lobby, bar, rum, hiss, korridor, miljön runt hotellet.. listan är lång men det är något magiskt över Carolina tower.. både jag o barnen längtar dit varje gång trots att orsaken till besöken är både sorgliga och tunga att bära emellanåt. Inget särskilt egentligen.. möjligen hade jag föredragit ett bistro före en Italiensk restaurang men det finns gott om alternativ runt om kring

Min dotter åkte till stockholm själv för första gången med sin kompis och jag var otroligt orolig, jag skrev då till receptionen som bemötte mig så otroligt fint och hjälpte mig med senare utcheckning till dom så att dom springa runt på stan själva i väntan på tåget. Ingenting jag är mer än nöjd

Att min dotter kunde komma direkt från buss smidigt från Arlanda sent söndag kväll, att sonen kunde träna och basta fast den var lite kall då han var där, var den kanske redan avstängd? Kanske möjlighet att beställa mat till rummet om tågstrulet hade gjort att jag kom ännu senare
Frukosten. Men det var trångt och rörigt. Mkt. ungdomar, som var högljudda, så vi fick byta plats flera gånger för att kunna äta. Det saknades en del mat, som vi är vana vid, på hotell-frukost. Städat rum. Vi sa till direkt, men receptionen brydde sig inte. Vi ringde också receptionen för att be om ngn ljuslykta, då det var så sterilt och tråkigt på rummet. Det fanns ingen mat på hotellet, när vi kom på kvällen. Otrevlig personal i baren. Tilltalade oss på engelska. Vi undrade varför man ska prata engelska när vi är i Sverige.
Everything was easy, close to the part of Stockholm (vasastan) that we like. Clean hotel, comfortable beds and the restaurant was really good. Perhaps a little better system with breakfast, because we had to tell the staff what time we would want to arrive & and thats no problem but i was very crowded.
Hela hotell upplevelsen var fantastik, från välkomnandet i receptionen till städningen i rummet och frukosten i restaurangen.

Hotellet är fint och bekvämt, och rummen är rena och välordnade. det finns en brist på information i receptionen om parkeringen och hur man tar sig till hotellet. Det borde finnas en bättre förklaring för gästerna, särskilt eftersom vi är utanför Stockholm och inte känner till vägarna. För att underlätta för gästerna borde ni ge mer detaljerad information.

Servicen från Arilds i receptionen i kombination med ett fräscht och fint rum och hotell generellt Inget , Tilda levererade på högsta nivå som gjorde upplevelsen extra bra !
Sängarna med bra kuddar! Väl ljudisolerat! Frukosten!! En restaurang med 'vanlig mat' och inte bara 'fine dining' Vi gick till Bishop Arms på Palace i stället (där vi också bor ibland)!

Where should I start? Phenomenal breakfast, very friendly staff, very clean room, great view from the 13th floor, great starting point to discover Stockholm Nothing really. Perhaps a city plan would have been nice.
Rent och tyst rum. Kaffet och tevattnet va kallt. Ni fyller på era behållare som inte håller varmt. En kaffemaskin hade varit bättre
Komforten. Alltid prisvärt. Det var problem med korten strax innan tolvslaget fram till dagen efter. Detta hade kunnat förbättras.

Trevlig kundservice. Vi kom till hotellet klockan 09:30 och då vårt rum redan var färdigt så fick vi checka in redan då, vilket var jätte uppskattat, så vi hade tid till att fräscha till oss innan vi begav oss ut igen. Frukosten hade många bra alternativ, tyckte särskilt om potatisbullarna, pannkakorna & chia puddingen. Rummen är fräscha, fint inredda & ett extra stort plus att tv:n hade Netflix och Youtube. Läget är helt okej, tar en stund till vissa delar av Stockholm men tycker endå hotellet ligger relativt centralt. Hade absolut velat stanna här igen nästa gång jag åker till Stockholm. Inget, allt var perfekt.

If you arrive early, we can store your luggage in our luggage room until your room is ready. We can also store your luggage after you have checked out.
There is a heated garage next to the hotel. You drive down into the garage at the intersection Eugeniavägen/Gävlegatan, about 30 meters from the hotel entrance. You then reach the hotel by taking the lift directly from the garage. It is not possible to pre-book a parking space. Parking tickets can be bought at reception for SEK 295/day.
We offer a laundry service and all laundry that is submitted before 09.00 will be returned the same afternoon. Laundry submitted after 09:00 will be returned the next day after 18.00. This service is available Monday through Friday.
Do you have a teenager in the family? You can now book a separate room for your teenager at a favorable rate. Please contact us, and we will assist you with the booking.

The airport buses from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to Liljeholmen stop at the "Karolinska University Hospital Eugeniavägen" bus stop, approximately 100 meters from the hotel. Arlanda Express goes directly to Stockholm Central Station. A taxi ride from Arlanda takes about 30 minutes depending on traffic. We recommend confirming the price before entering the taxi.
