Our venues in Karlstad
Stora salen
The Stora Salen is one of our most popular venues, due to its fantastic location and views over Klarälven. The light glare, the big glorious windows, the beautiful gold pillars and the Gustavian chandeliers create a very warm and ceremonial feeling. The venue's generous size provides plenty of space in the room, a total of 200 seats for dinner sessions and 250 people for mingling and dancing. Our staff furnishes according to the customer's wishes.
Franska Salen
Fanska Salen, or The French Hall, is our largest venue of 260 square meters with its own stage and dance floor. The venue has large windows and high ceilings for excellent acoustics and access to our historic outdoor terrace, which enhances the party during the summer months. Like Stora Salen, Franska Salen can accommodate up to 250 people for standing parties and 200 for dinner seating.
Röda Salongen
A perfect venue for smaller parties. If you plan a student reception or a baptism, Röda Salongen is a perfect choice. The venue is furnished in a luxurious Gustavian style with modern textiles in light grey and red. The lounge can accommodate up to 35 people. The room is bright, and through the three large windows, you have a great view of Klarälven. There are also two smaller lounges to open up to.
Empiren
Our smallest venue but perhaps the most formal one! The atmosphere is warm and calm, and here you have the first parquet over the beautiful Klarälven. With space for 30 people, this can be the perfect venue for an exciting beverage tasting, a birthday celebration or a gracious memorial.
